LAWAS, June 8: An 18-year-old girl with autism is feared missing after leaving home in Kampung Murud Suang, Trusan since May 31.
Fire and Rescue Department (Bomba) Sarawak has initiated a search and rescue (SAR) operation led by a team from the Lawas Station following a request from the police today (June 8).

The SAR, which also involved the police, Civil Defence Force (APM), along with villagers, was divided into two sectors.
The searches have covered a five-kilometre radius, but no positive signs have been found so far.
The operation has been postponed to 5.30pm and will resume tomorrow (June 9) at 8am. — DayakDaily
