KUCHING, March 26: Pay and Go will likely soon be available in countries such as Singapore with Pay and Go Technology Group (Sarawak) and RH Synergy (S) Pte Ltd (Singapore) recently signing a strategic Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) to form a partnership to accelerate the deployment its technologies across Southeast Asia.

According to a statement cited by the Sarawak Public Communications Unit (Ukas), the agreement’s aim is to establish a collaboration to expand the distribution and market reach of Pay and Go’s technologies in Singapore and the Asean region.

The MoA signing ceremony took place at the Sarawak Trade and Tourism Office Singapore (STATOS) and was witnessed by its chief executive officer, Chew Chang Guan, marking a key milestone in regional business cooperation.

Under the agreement, RH Synergy (S) Pte Ltd has been appointed the exclusive distributor of Pay and Go’s products and technologies in the Singapore market.

At the heart of this partnership is Pay and Go’s flagship innovation, the Pay and Go Smart Parking System, a comprehensive solution designed to transform urban mobility and digitalise parking operations.

Key features of the Pay and Go system include License Plate Recognition (ALPR), which enables seamless entry and exit without physical tickets, and Real-Time Cloud Integration where all vehicle data and transactions are processed and monitored through a centralised dashboard, enabling municipalities and private operators to make data-driven decisions.

“In addition, some of the features include Mobile Payment Integration where end-users can pay via mobile apps, e-wallets, or integrated payment gateways, IoT-Enabled Surveillance which enhances safety and enforcement with live camera feeds and incident tracking, and Scalable Deployment, suited for public parking lots, commercial buildings, gated communities, and even temporary event spaces,” the statement said.

Pay and Go was initially launched as a streamlined digital parking solution. The system has evolved into a versatile smart infrastructure platform supporting a wide range of lifestyle convenience applications.

This smart solution reduces congestion, eliminates manual ticketing, enhances enforcement, and ultimately improves the user experience—while opening up opportunities for additional features such as Electric Vehicle (EV) charging integration, advertising displays, and real-time availability mapping. – DayakDaily
