KUCHING, May 8: Chief Minister Datuk Patinggi Abang Johari Tun Openg received a courtesy call from the Sarawak Taekwondo Association (WTF) delegation at his office on Monday afternoon.
The WTF delegation was led by its president Azizul Annuar Pehin Sri Adenan.
During the meeting, Azizul and members of his delegation briefed the Chief Minister on the forthcoming Sarawak Chief Minister’s Borneo Cup International Taekwondo (WTF) Championship 2019 scheduled from July 19 to 21 at the State Indoor Stadium, Petra Jaya here.
The delegation also extended an invitation to the Chief Minister to officiate at the event.
Also present at the meeting was Minister of Tourism, Arts, Culture, Youth and Sports Datuk Abdul Karim Rahman Hamzah. — DayakDaily
