KUCHING, April 27: Sarawak logged 104 new Covid-19 cases in 19 districts today.
The latest figures thus pushed the overall State Covid-19 tally to 305,083 with the death toll maintained at 1,728.
Sarawak Disaster Management Committee (SDMC), in its latest update on Covid-19 situation in the State, reported that all the new cases reported today were categories one and two patients.
There were 43 cases under Category 1 with no symptoms and 61 cases under Category 2 with mild symptoms.
Meanwhile, Kuching continues to top the list with 28 cases, followed by Bintulu (20) and Sibu (13).
A total 16 districts registered single digit cases with Miri (8); Limbang (7); Samarahan (5); Sarikei, Sri Aman, Mukah and Julau (3 each); Serian and Subis (2 each); while Matu, Lawas, Simunjan, Dalat, Pakan, Tatau and Tebedu has one case each.
There were no new Covid-19 deaths and clusters reported today.— DayakDaily
