KUCHING, July 17: The Sarawak Governor, Tun Pehin Sri Dr Wan Junaidi Tuanku Ja’afar, along with his wife, Toh Puan Fauziah Mohd Sanusi, attended a banquet held in honor of the 78th birthday of His Majesty Sultan Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah of Brunei.
According to a Sarawak Public Communication Unit (Ukas) news report, the celebratory event saw the presence of distinguished guests, including Sarawak Premier Datuk Patinggi Tan Sri Abang Johari Tun Openg, Sarawak Deputy Premier Datuk Amar Awang Tengah Ali Hasan, and Sarawak Minister of Utility and Telecommunication, Dato Sri Julaihi Narawi.
The banquet marked the programme finale for Tun Pehin Sri Dr Wan Junaidi and Toh Puan Fauziah’s visit to Brunei Darussalam this time.
Their schedule continues with a four-day visit to Kuala Lumpur for the Coronation Ceremony of the 17th Yang di-Pertuan Agong, Sultan Ibrahim. — DayakDaily
