KUCHING, June 27: Sarawak Energy Appointment System (SEAS) will be implemented at the Bintulu Town Square customer service counter on July 4, 2022, as part of Sarawak Energy Berhad’s ongoing efforts to provide an enhanced customer experience.

According to a press release issued by SEB today, Bintulu Town Square is the eighth station to implement SEAS since its first release in October last year at Saradise Kuching’s customer service counter.

SEB stated that it plans to implement the online appointment system at all of its customer service counters by the end of 2022.

“The appointment system has enhanced time management as well as ensured that documents are adequately prepared following the checklist before visiting the counter for SEB’s customers.

“Customers can commence booking an appointment in SEAS for their visits to Bintulu Town Square counter starting June 22, 2022.

“To make an appointment, visit SEB’s corporate website (https://www.sarawakenergy.com/customers) under SEAS or can either scan the QR code provided below,” SEB clarified.

SEB went on to say that customers can also call the Customer Care Centre at 1300-88-3111 or email customercare@sarawakenergy.com.

“Kindly indicate the preferred date and time when booking an appointment.

“Once the appointment is successfully made, customers are required to arrive at the premises five minutes earlier before the appointment time.

“They are also advised to check their email before visiting the counters as appointments can be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances,” SEB added.

SEAS is accessible via the SEB website under ‘Customers’.

In addition, SEB mentioned that if an appointment is cancelled, a new booking needs to be made via the system.

“SEB continues to encourage customers to perform transactions through online services at SEB’s mobile app ‘SEB cares’ for bill payments and enquiries.

“Payments can also be made via other platforms such as online banking, JomPay, and e-wallets like SPAY GLOBAL and Boost.

“Should customers have any urgent matter that requires SEB’s attention, customers can contact SEB’s Customer Care Centre or get in touch through ‘SEB cares’, which can be downloaded via Google Play Store and Apple App Store. — DayakDaily
