KUCHING, April 17: The search for a man who was reported missing on Tuesday continues with a K9 unit deployed yesterday to aid the operation.

The victim, from Kpg Trombol, Telaga Air, was reported missing by his family members when he failed to return home from his fishing in the evening (April 14).

“The search and rescue (SAR) has entered day four and the SAR team was using the ‘water surface searching’ to locate the missing victim within the 3km radius.

“A canine unit was also deployed with the search mission at both upstream and downstream river,” the Fire and Rescue Department said in a statement.
