KUCHING, Dec 16: Sarawak is gearing up to host an electrifying rock festival, Rock in the Jungle (RITJ), at the Sarawak Cultural Village, on December 28 and 29.
Organised by Authentic Ideas & Events and supported by the Sarawak’s Ministry of Tourism, Creative Industry, and Performing Arts (MTCP) along with Tourism Malaysia, the festival promises a massive celebration of rock music and culture.
According to a press release, RITJ will feature an all-star lineup of legendary bands, including Wings, Sweet Charity, Edane, XPDC, Candy, Jemson, as well as local rockers Senseless, BNB, Criss X, and JS Boys.
The festival kicks off at 2pm each day, with performances from local bands at the Pancaindera Stage.
Attendees will also enjoy a variety of food stalls, handicrafts, and exclusive RITJ merchandise, creating an immersive festival experience.
