Road closures near SMK Tatau, Pekan Tatau for pedestrian bridge beam installation works

KUCHING, April 15: Public Works Department (JKR) Sarawak announced a road closure near SMK Tatau CH29+824–CH30+241 (KM688.20–KM688.62).

According to a Facebook post by JKR yesterday (April 24), the road closure is due to pedestrian overpass beam installation works.


The slow lane is slated for closure on April 27 (Saturday) from 10am to 4pm, with full road closure for half-an-hour.

Meanwhile, JKR Sarawak also announced another road closure nearby at Pekan Tatau from CH27+600 to CH29+464 (KM685.98–KM687.84), with the road slated for partial closure on April 29 (Monday) from 1pm to 5pm, with full road closure for half-an-hour.

Road users as requested to obey the instructions of flag guards and safety signs that have been prepared and to be careful when passing through the construction areas. — DayakDaily
