MIRI, March 13: A temporary road closure exercise from Pujut to Miri Airport for the installation of gantry signage has been rescheduled to March 18 and 19.
In a road advisory issued today, the Public Works Department (JKR) Sarawak’s Pan Borneo Highway Branch informed that the affected stretch will be Jalan Miri Bypass leading towards the Riam traffic light up to Miri Airport traffic light.
Initially planned for March 12 and 13 from 11pm to 5am, the work has since been postponed.
For the coming road closure, motorists are advised to take an alternative route via Jalan Alphine.
