KUCHING, Jan 13: Continuous rain is expected in Sarawak due to the monsoon season retreating from January 15 to 18.
In a notice issued at 1pm today, the Malaysian Meteorological Department (METMalaysia) said that other areas affected include the eastern and southern zones of Peninsular Malaysia and Sabah.
“METMalaysia constantly monitors weather conditions from time to time and will issue continuous rain warnings as soon as the output of weather forecast models reaches a high level of confidence,” said the department.
