Repok incumbent from GPS up against three Wongs

REPOK, Dec 6: Datuk Seri Huang Tiong Sii will facing three other candidates, all surnamed Wong in the N45 Repok seat in the 12th Sarawak Election.

Huang, who is Repok incumbent from Gabungan Parti Sarawak (GPS) will be contesting against Wong Kung King from Parti Bumi Kenyalang (PBK), Wong Chin King from Sarawak People’s Aspiration Party (Aspirasi) and Wong Pak Ming from Democratic Action Party (DAP).

In the 11th Sarawak Election held in 2016, Huang who contested for the first time as a Barisan Nasional (BN) candidate, garnered 7,446 votes to defeat Yong Siew Wei from Democratic Action Party (DAP) who received 6,503 votes.
