KUCHING, JUne 10: More than 300 staff of Sarawak Timber Industry Development Corporation (Pusaka) and 100 orphans from several children’s homes attended the breaking of fast with Deputy Chief Minister Datuk Amar Awang Tengah Ali Hasan today.
At the event which was hosted by Pusaka, Awang Tengah, who is also the Minister of Industrial and Entrepreneur Development and Second Minister of Urban Development and Natural Resources, also presented ‘duit raya’ to all the children and also Hari Raya Aidilfitri goodies for PUSAKA staff.
The event continued with Maghrib prayers, tahlil, Isyak prayers and Tarawih. — DayakDaily
