KUCHING, Sept 15: Parti Rakyat Sarawak (PRS) Pewaris has formed its new pro tem committee with Baleh assemblyman Nicholas Kudi Jantai appointed as chairman.
Kudi’s deputy is Vionie Zenith Grep, while Andriana Anchak Anak Intai is the secretary and Mike Callean Dem the vice secretary.
Ian Zachary Reginald Ronnie was selected as the treasurer and Chris Daren Rantai the vice treasurer.
The position of publicity chief is held by Ivan Alexander Ong and his vice by Harryjoy Lian Jack.
Other exco members include Natasha Christopher, Juvensus Joseph, Sharmin, Gabriel Kudi and Khalid.
The meeting to form this new pro tem committee was organised at PRS headquarters and chaired by Kudi last month.
Kudi said, in a statement, that the Pewaris wing shows PRS’ commitment to listen to and empower the youth.
With Pewaris as PRS’ additional branch, he said, Pewaris will have true opportunities to participate in shaping the party’s future.
PRS Pewaris is a new wing created for youths aged 18 to 28 not only for them to voice their opinions but also allow them to be actively involved in the policy making and direction of the party as a whole. — DayakDaily
