KUCHING, Sept 3: Premier of Sarawak Datuk Patinggi Tan Sri Abang Johari Tun Openg has announced two months’ bonus for all confirmed staff of Normah Medical Specialist Centre.
He said to show gratitude for the dedication and effort of all Normah confirmed staff, he had endorsed the recommendation by the Board of Directors to award an incentive payout for the financial year 2022.
“As we celebrate the 35th anniversary, Normah is improving well and I have told the chairman (Datuk Amar Mohamad Abu Bakar Marzuki) that we give two months’ bonus,” he said during Normah’s 35th anniversary dinner at a local hotel here earlier tonight.
The announcement was met with loud cheers from Normah staff at the event which prompted Abang Johari to add: “If we work hard and Normah becomes better, perhaps we can give more (incentive).”
Amongst those present were Abang Johari’s wife, Puan Sri Datuk Amar Juma’ani Tun Tuanku Bujang; Deputy Premier Dato Sri Dr Sim Kui Hian and his wife Datin Sri Enn Ong, Sarawak Secretary Datuk Amar Mohamad Abu Bakar Marzuki who is also Normah Medical Specialist Centre’s chairman; Normah’s chief executive officer Dato Dr Au Yong Kien Hoe; and Normah’s advisor Tan Sri Datuk Amar Bujang Mohd Nor. — DayakDaily
