PBDSB the best platform for Dayaks, unfathomable if they don’t vote for the party, says party president

MIRI, Dec 9: Parti Bansa Dayak Sarawak Baru (PBDSB) president Bobby William said the party is the best platform for the Dayak community in Sarawak.

“PBDSB has always been committed in fighting for their rights ….equality employment in public service, economy and land issues in Sarawak for the Dayak people,” he said on today.

Thus, they must cast their votes for the party comes December 18, Bobby added.

“If non-Dayak don’t vote for PBDSB we can understand, but if the Dayak refuse to vote for PBDSB, that we cannot understand,” Bobby said.

Polling day for the 12th Sarawak Election which falls on December 18 would be the party’s (PBDSB) debut after its registration was reinstated and approved by the Registrar of Society (RoS) on August 28, 2013.

For this coming election, PBDSB is contesting in 11 seats: Samalaju, Murum, Senadin, Dudong, Ketibas, Bukit Bangunan, Ngemah, Pelagus, Bukit Goram, Opar and Marudi.

Bobby himself is contesting in Senadin whereby he would be facing the seat’s incumbent Dato Sri Lee Kim Shin of Sarawak United Peoples’ Party-Gabungan Parti Sarawak (SUPP-GPS), Marcus Lejau of Democratic Action Party (DAP), Eric Ngieng Sheng Chung (Parti Bumi Kenyalang) and Lee Tze Ha of Parti Sarawak Bersatu (PSB). — DayakDaily
