KUCHING, Aug 21: A temporary partial road diversion will be implemented at Jalan Canna here for 14 days, starting today (Aug 21) until Sept 3, 2025, to facilitate tree-cutting works.
According to a notice from Sarawak Metro Sdn Bhd (Sarawak Metro), the road diversion will take place daily from 9am to 4pm throughout the period.
Road users have been advised to exercise caution when driving in the affected area and to comply with all traffic management measures, road warning signs and speed limits to ensure the safety of motorists as well as construction workers.
“Sarawak Metro will duly notify the public of any changes regarding this notification,” the company said.
Motorists are also urged to plan their journeys accordingly to avoid delays.
