KUCHING, Mar 23: Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin said the government may consider extending the Movement Control Order (MCO) by another two weeks.
According to Reuters, the prime minister will also announce an expanded stimulus package to soften the adverse impact brought about by the Covid-19 coronavirus outbreak, as well as weak oil prices.
In a press conference on Monday, Muhyiddin said the National Security Council will meet on March 30 to decide on what to do after the current curbs on movement and businesses expire at the end of the month. — DayakDaily
