MP: New hospital, ICQS complex, police station, Federal Complex will bring Serian to greater heights in 5 years

KUCHING, Dec 18: Dato Sri Richard Riot Jaem will do his best to ensure that Serian will be brought to greater heights within the next five years through the implementation of several projects in the constituency.

According to a news report from the Sarawak Public Communication Unit (Ukas) today, the Serian MP said this included the development of a new hospital; an Immigration, Customs, Quarantine, and Security (ICQS) complex; a police station; and a Federal Complex.

He is also committed to ensuring that SMK Serian No. 2 and SK Sri Sadong are constructed as soon as possible.

Riot said this to reporters when met during a thanksgiving ceremony held at Awah Gawai Tun Abdul Razak in Kampung Pichin on Saturday (Dec 17).

Riot added he would work with the Tebedu, Kedup, and Bukit Semuja assemblypersons (Dr Simon Sinang, Martin Ben, and John llus, respectively) to achieve this vision. — DayakDaily
