KUCHING, June 22: A motorcyclist was discovered dead in a small stream at Kampung Bogag, Jalan Bau this morning.
He is believed to have ended up in the stream after a self-accident.

The Fire and Rescue Department (Bomba) received the emergency call via the Malaysia Emergency Response Services (MERS) 999 at 8.46am and deployed a team to the scene.
According to a Bomba report, firefighters found the deceased and his motorcycle in the stream and immediately extracted the man.
The motorcyclist was pronounced dead by medical officers at the scene.
The body was later handed over to the police who are investigating the incident. — DayakDaily
