MIRI, Jan 9: The Miri Rural Water Supply Department (JBALB) today issued a disruption of water supply for a few areas in Miri due to repair works.
In a statement today, the department said that the effected areas were in Bekenu, Bukit Peninjau, Beluru Phase 2 and the surrounding areas.
“We are addressing technical difficulties in Bukit Song booster station and low pressure of water supply is expected until the repair works are completed,” the statement said.

The department also advised the public to store and reduce water usage during the repair period.
