MIRI, July 10: Miri mayor Adam Yii led representatives from several government bodies on a boat ride along Miri River this morning to identity ideal spots for Sarawak Rivers Board (SRB) to install rubbish traps.
The brief ride started at Kampung Piasau Utara wharf, and on board were personnel from SRB, Natural Resources & Environment Board (NREB), state Irrigation and Drainage Department (DID), councillors and council staff from the Engineering Department, LA21, Public Cleaning Unit and Maintenance and Public Health Division. — DayakDaily
