MIRI, Oct 15: Miri Hospital is appealing to the public for assistance in locating the next of kin or family members of a 69-year-old man who died at the hospital on Sept 25.
The deceased, identified as Sii Tuong Hung, had identity card number 570908-13-XXXX.
According to the hospital, he was brought in by ambulance from an area near Pumasera Restaurant in Miri and admitted to the Male Medical Ward (Ward 5) at 6.18pm on Sept 19, 2026, for treatment.
However, the hospital has yet to receive any response or visits from his next of kin, family members or anyone able to provide information about him.
In a statement, Miri Hospital urged anyone who knew the deceased or had information about his family members to contact its Forensic Medicine Department as soon as possible.
