KUCHING, March 6: Kuching South City Council (MBKS) will be assisting those without smartphones to fill in the Covid-19 vaccination registration forms from March 8 to 12.

MBKS Mayor Dato Wee Hong Seng said families with housemaids could also come forward for the registration before the forms are submitted to the resident offices.

“MBKS will be preparing and distributing the registration forms at specific places such as markets, MBKS offices and KMC flats,” he revealed during his weekly Facebook live streaming session earlier today.

Adding on with more details, MBKS councillor Goh Tze Hui said the small event to help the public with the registration would only be a one-week activity from 9.00am to 11.30am and 2.30pm to 4.00pm every day.

“It is only for one week, and I will also try to arrange for some officers to markets to help with the same procedures.

“But I will need to discuss with relevant authorities first, if it can be done we will probably announce it at the mayor’s Facebook page,” he explained.

Goh continued to urge those who come forward for the registration to always comply with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and not gather in large groups.
