MBKS mayor unveils newly upgraded 4-star toilet at Pending Jetty Point

KUCHING, Oct 30: Pending Jetty Point now features a brand-new 4-star public toilet, a project completed ahead of schedule and aimed at enhancing both convenience and cleanliness for residents and visitors alike.

Kuching South City Council (MBKS) Mayor Dato Wee Hong Seng today officially handed over the project after its completion on Sept 24, noting that final touch-ups have made it 100 per cent complete.

“We (MBKS) would like to appeal to all toilet users to keep the toilet clean and hygienic, treating it as they would their own.

“We also hope users will avoid vandalism, as this facility was built for the convenience of those coming from nearby villages,” he said during the handing over of the project at the site today.

Wee further urged other restaurant and eatery operators to maintain high standards in their own facilities for the comfort of their customers. – DayakDaily
