KUCHING, Nov 25: The Kuching South City Council (MBKS) commended Sarawak Metro for its prompt response to a notification concerning the structure at a site.
In a statement, the council said that two days ago, the structure at one of the sites fell over due to strong winds.

“We immediately notified (Sarawak) Metro, and their team went in straight away to rectify the situation.
“The contractor will continue to reinforce the structures to ensure the area remains safe for all.
“Thank you for your patience and understanding, and thank you (to Sarawak Metro) for the fast response.
“Your (public) safety remains our top priority, and MBKS will continue to monitor the situation closely.” — DayakDaily
