SERIAN, March 20: A participant in a running event held in a village on Jalan Mongkos here died yesterday.
According to a source, the victim is a Malaysian citizen from Peninsular Malaysia.
It is understood that the victim was confirmed dead and was sent to Serian Hospital for further action.
Serian District Police Chief DSP Aswandy Anis when contacted confirmed the matter and said further investigations are still underway. — DayakDaily
