“As of yesterday (June 30), a total of 183 accidents were reported throughout Sarawak,” he said.

Nor Halim said this to reporters during a press conference held after launching the Occupational Safety and Health Week 2022 and Mass ToolBox Programme held at the Brooke Dockyard and Engineering Works Corporation in Sejingkat Fabrication Yard off Jalan Bako today.

He added that for the first six months this year, the number of accidents reported by the various sectors also showed a declining trend compared to the previous years.

He hoped the figure would remain low until the end of the year. — DayakDaily
