Mandarin Express extending free lunch provision for needy until July 24

Mandarin Express is offering free lunch for the needy from July 19 to 24.

KUCHING, July 19: The Mandarin Express at Icom Square here is extending the provision of free lunch for the needy from today until July 24.

The restaurant will be serving 50 packs of free lunch to the needy from July 19 to 20 and 100 packs of rice or noodle dish on July 24 at lunch time every day.

The restaurant will be providing different dishes daily as lunch for six consecutive days, to be distributed from 12pm to 2pm to anyone in need.


“Please share this with those who may need a free lunch. Let’s spread goodness and fight Covid-19 together,” said the restaurant in a statement today.

The Mandarin Express will be serving Singapore Hokkien Mee on Monday (July 19), Yang Zhou Fried Rice on Tuesday (July 20), Fried Foochow Mee on Wednesday (July 21), Curry Roti Canai on Thursday (July 22), Economy Rice on Friday (July 23) and either a rice dish or a noodle dish on Saturday (July 24). — DayakDaily
