Seeing them, the suspect tried to zoom off on his bike.
“The son gave chase and managed to pull the suspect down from his bike,” said Stanley.
The suspect fell down from his bike and ran off leaving his motorcycle behind. He had however also dropped his wallet which contained among other things his identity card.
Following a report lodged by the complainant, the police managed to track down and arrest the suspect.
The police are now hunting for the other suspect, 23, who has previous records for violent crime.
