KUCHING, Oct 20: A man was found dead after a suspected fall from a building here today.
The victim, aged 58, is suspected to have fallen from the 5th floor of the building at about 5pm.
Kuching Police District chief ACP Awang Din Awang Gani disclosed that the police received an emergency call from security guards informing them of the discovery of the body in an alley behind the building.
“Upon arrival, we found the victim’s body on the ground.
“A Sarawak General Hospital (SGH) medical officer who was at the scene confirmed the death due to severe head injuries,” Awang Din revealed in a statement.
The body has been sent to the SGH morgue for post mortem.
The case is classified as sudden death and is currently under investigation. — DayakDaily
