KUCHING, Sept 12: Hock Seng Lee Berhad (HSL) is offering exclusive promotions worth RM20,000 on its three-storey duplexes at La Promenade, with the final weekend for buyers to take advantage of this offer ending on Sunday, Sept 16.
According to a press release, the promotion, which began on Aug 31, includes a RM15,000 discount and a RM5,000 voucher for Siong How Exclusive, a renowned chain of electrical and homeware stores.
These offers apply specifically to the luxurious three-storey duplexes within La Promenade’s Precinct Grande.
“This Merdeka Day to Malaysia Day promotion is one of the largest we’ve ever offered.
“Construction of the new Precinct Grande homes began following the sell-out success of the first two rows.
“We’ve introduced a new design for this phase of luxury homes. In the luxury segment, product differentiation is key, and these homes are designed to be truly exclusive. The design is a refined version of the earlier, soldout three-storey units,” said Sales and Marketing assistant manager Angie Joan Daniel in the release.
The duplexes boast an expansive walled-up area of 4,080 square feet. The ground floor features double-volume living and dining spaces, as well as an elderly-friendly bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.
The second floor includes three bedrooms and a spacious family area, which can easily be transformed into a home cinema, office or lounge.
“A standout feature on this level is the large wraparound balcony,” Angie added.
The top floor is designed to be a private retreat for the homeowner, with a super large bedroom, a separate walk-in wardrobe, and a spacious bathroom equipped with his-and-hers sinks. There’s also space for a study room on this floor.
Additionally, all homes come equipped with built-in lifts, a standout feature for this luxury development.
Precinct Grande is the third phase of development within La Promenade, a 200-acre gated community along the Kuching-Samarahan Expressway.
At its launch in May 2018, duplexes at Precinct Grande were priced at RM1.8 million.
The final block is now priced at RM2.65 million.
The RM5,000 voucher for Siong How Exclusive is a collaboration with La Promenade Mall’s anchor tenant.
“Siong How Exclusive’s flagship store is in La Promenade Mall, and many of our customers shop there. It made perfect sense to partner with them for this promotion,” Angie said.
