KUCHING, April 16: Limbang and Selangau have been issued a Level 1 heatwave alert.
According to the Malaysian Meteorological Department (METMalaysia) in a post at 4.30pm on its Facebook, a Level 1 warning is issued when temperatures at a location are between 35°C and 37°C for three consecutive days.
The department also urged members of the public to refer to its website for updates. — DayakDaily
