MIRI, April 16: A collision near Miri Airport road earlier this afternoon involving a car crashing into the back of a stationary lorry resulted in the death of one individual and left another injured.
It was believed that the accident occurred around 2.30pm. Emergency responders rushed to the scene.
The car driver, a man aged 39, was killed on the spot, while his passenger, sustained bodily injuries and was rushed to Miri Hospital.
Authorities are investigating the cause of the incident.
