KUCHING, Oct 26: A total of RM100,000 has been allocated for Masjid Darul Barakah BDC here under Kota Sentosa assemblyman Wilfred Yap’s 2023 Rural Transformation Programme (RTP) allocation to carry out requested upgrades which will be implemented and supervised by Kuching South City Council (MBKS).
According to a press release issued today, Yap requested a site visit with MBKS officers to obtain feedback and suggestions from the mosque’s management committee for the preparation of the design drawings, specifications, and bill of quantities for the upgrades.
“MBKS officers were requested to speed up the design drawings and specifications for the upgrading works to ensure the benefits can be delivered on schedule,” read the press release.
