KUCHING, July 29: An individual linked to a renowned kindergarten has tested positive, leading to the closing of the pre-school indefinitely.
In a letter dated July 27 to parents, the kindergarten said that it had been informed of the case and decided to close the school until further notice.
“We were informed this evening that a Category A school-related person has been diagnosed as Covid-19 positive,” said the kindergarten in a letter to the parents.
It stated that it was the school’s standard operating procedure to firstly inform all parents of this health situation and secondly to close the school until further notice.
The school said it will also take further actions according to the SOP (standard operating procedure) of the government authorities.—DayakDaily
