KUCHING, Nov 13: Several areas in Kuching will have water supply interruptions today from 2pm to 9pm, with customers experiencing low water pressure and water supply interruption of dirty/turbid water.
The Kuching Water Board (KWB), through a notice today, said consumers along SK Hardware Store, Taman Sarmax, Ecopark, STC Garden, Mindef, Semeba Park, Jalan Semaba Lorong 7, Jalan Batu Kitang, and Jalan Puncak Borneo will be affected.
“During the recovery period, consumers will experience low water pressure, airlock, and dirty/turbid water,” read the notice.
Water supply is expected to start being distributed to users in stages after the improvement and maintenance work is completed and then when the main water supply distribution system has been stabilised.
