Jalan Diplomatik in Kuching to close from March 17-19

JKRS — The red line showing the affected stretch of road that will be temporarily closed for road construction work along Jalan Diplomatik in Kuching including the alternative route (yellow line) from March 17-19, 2024.

KUCHING, March 15: Jalan Diplomatik will temporarily close from March 17 until 19 to make way for road construction works.

In a statement today, the Public Works Department (JKR) Sarawak said the closure will be implemented along Jalan Casuarina until the Mardi roundabout, starting 9pm to 4pm throughout the three days.

The department also said that temporary route changes will be provided for road users during the period.

Road users are also advised to be careful when passing through the affected areas.
