KUCHING, Aug 3: All business premises will be required to use the MySejahtera app, alongside other similar apps, said Senior Minister (Security) Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri.
According to Ismail Sabri, the decision was made at today’s special meeting that the usage of MySejahtera app is compulsory for every business premises.
“However, other additional apps such as Selangkah, which is used in Selangor, are also allow to be used alongside the MySejahtera app.
“The Attorney General will gazette the mandate for the compulsory use of the MySejahtera app,” said Ismail Sabri in the daily press conference on (non-health) Covid-19 update, held in Putrajaya, today.
Ismail Sabri noted that an exception will be given to the rural areas or small towns, with limited internet access.
“They are still allow to manually write down their details on the log book,” he added. –DayakDaily.
