KUCHING, Sept 8: Kota Samarahan Municipal Council (MPKS) envisions Ibraco Berhad’s Aster Court residential development in the highly anticipated Arden City township as a standout gem and star for its residents.

Chairman Dato Peter Minos highlighted that Aster Court will consist of two blocks housing 672 residential units, complemented by surrounding amenities such as shops, malls, a medical centre, and a hotel.

“Arden City boasts a strategic location, being in close proximity to Universiti Malaysia Sarawak (Unimas), the Sarawak Heart Centre, Eden-on-the-Park Nursing Care Residence, and the Sarawak Tropical Peat Research Institute.

“Future additions include the Sarawak Cancer Centre, a public hospital, the Sarawak Infectious Disease Centre, and the Sarawak Biodiversity Centre.

“It is a truly self-contained development. With its proximity to educational and medical hubs, Arden City will be a highly desirable place to live. It will undoubtedly become a gem and a star for its residents,” he stated.

He also recalled Ibraco’s approach to MPKS two years ago to discuss the Arden City project.

“MPKS committed to providing support and assistance as needed. We welcome any new and thoughtful developments in Kota Samarahan that benefit the community.

“We anticipate that in seven years, Arden City will emerge as a splendid and enjoyable place to reside, once the project is completed by the capable Ibraco team,” he added. – DayakDaily
