KUCHING, Sept 7: Ibraco Bhd proudly announces the grand launch of Aster Court, the first residential development in the highly anticipated Arden City township in Kota Samarahan.
According to a press release, Aster Court is a key part of Arden City’s grand vision, featuring two elegantly designed blocks with 672 residential units.
These units range from 531 sq ft to 1,195 sq ft, including adaptable dual-key options to suit modern lifestyles. Each unit is crafted with spacious balconies and yards to enhance everyday living.
Ideally situated within Arden City, Aster Court is conveniently close to major healthcare and educational institutions.
Future facilities such as the Sarawak Cancer Centre, Universiti Malaysia Sarawak (Unimas) Teaching Hospital, and Sarawak Disease Centre are all within easy reach, offering top-notch medical services.
“Additionally, the Sarawak Heart Centre, just across the road, and Unimas make Aster Court an attractive choice for both academics and professionals,” Ibraco highligted.
The upcoming Autonomous Rapid Transit (ART) system will further improve accessibility. The SM05 Sarawak Heart Centre station, located on-site, includes a covered walkway that connects directly to Arden City, simplifying transportation for residents.
“Aster Court sets a new standard in residential living with an impressive array of amenities, including a swimming pool, children’s pool, gym, multi-purpose hall, games room, basketball court, children’s play area, BBQ area, and car wash station.
“Residents can enjoy various views, from the lively facilities view to the scenic Arden City or Kota Samarahan township view, and the peaceful Samarahan Country Club view,” Ibraco added.
The official launch of Aster Court took place today and will continue tomorrow (Sept 8) at the Ibraco Gallery at The NorthBank, Kuching.
Present to grace the launch ceremony today were Sarawak Deputy Premier and Sarawak Minister for Public Health, Housing, and Local Government (MPHLG) Datuk Amar Dr Sim Kui Hian, alongside Kota Samarahan Municipal Council (MPKS) chairman Dato Peter Minos.
Attendees will have the opportunity to tour the show units and experience Aster Court’s exceptional offerings.
As part of the launch festivities, early visitors will be treated to special giveaways created by children from the Kuching Association of Talent Development and Welfare of Special Needs (KATSN), who will also showcase their handcrafted items at a dedicated booth.
Additionally, Ibraco’s charity partner Hope Place will be onsite to accept pre-loved items from generous donors and sell pre-loved goods to raise funds for those in need.
The event will also feature a variety of free food provided by popular local vendors.
