MIRI, Dec 13: Remains believed to be human skeleton parts were found in a bush near Batu 7 along Jalan Miri-Bintulu yesterday (Dec 12).
Miri district police chief ACP Alexson Naga Chabu confirmed the incident following a report from a resident.
Preliminary police investigations revealed a cluster of bones believed to be human skeletal remains.
No identification documents were found at the scene. Authorities also stated that there were no indications of foul play.
The police are urging anyone with information or those who may have missing family members, relatives, or friends to come forward.
