KUCHING, 11 Dis: With healthy growth across its infrastructure, real estate, and retail segment, Hock Seng Lee (HSL) is gearing up for an exciting year ahead.

In a statement yesterday, the Kuching-based multidisciplinary construction firm has ambitious plans for property development as it continues to enhance its flagship La Promenade.

HSL has about a dozen property projects on the drawing board throughout Kuching, with around half in advanced stages of planning.

These include new units at Samariang Aman 3, Vista Industrial Park, and new phases within its 200-acre gated community, La Promenade.

Upcoming plans for La Promenade feature limited units of two-storey semi-detached houses, as well as three storey luxury duplexes and bungalows.

New serviced apartments and condominiums are also in the pipeline.

HSL is preparing for the handover of La Promenade’s Precinct Grande, where three-storey homes are priced from RM2.65 million to over RM4 million.

Additionally, a new riverside park is set to open for residents of the 200 acres gated community.

HSL’s other launches will include more pockets of landed housing along Pan Borneo Highway and community-centric high-rise living planned with integrated childcare facilities and plenty of fitness amenities.

“We are also glad our first condo project, Jigsaw, opposite the airport, has been so well-received.

“Within two weeks of its launch in October, the best value studio units were booked out.

“The cherry on the cake is HSL’s client list is vastly multi-racial. At Jigsaw, it’s heartening to see the condo attract inter people of all backgrounds,” sales and marketing assistant manager Angie Joan Daniel said. — DayakDaily
