KUCHING, June 29: Kuching South City Council (MBKS) mayor Dato Wee Hong Seng urged people to help the elderly to check their vaccination appointment dates on the MySejahtera app as some of them might not be aware they have already been given appointments.
He also reminded Covid-19 vaccine registrants to only go for their appointment on the date given via MySejahtera to avoid any problem during registration.
Meanwhile, Wee together with MBKS councillors Kho Teck Wan and Goh Tze Hui helped to distribute fresh apples to frontliners and volunteers at the Kuching Covid-19 One-Stop Centre at MBKS Community Hall as well as to six other vaccination centres (PPVs) at the Jalan Masjid Health Clinic, Tanah Puteh Health Clinic, Kozi Square, Borneo Convention Centre Kuching (BCCK), Universiti Malaysia Sarawak (Unimas) and Stadium Perpaduan.
He also extended his appreciation and praise to Kin Hing Fresh Produce Sdn Bhd for sponsoring 15 boxes of fresh apples for the frontliners and volunteers. — DayakDaily
