KUCHING, Feb 14: A temporary half-road closure will affect part of the road from the Tabuan Setia Raja roundabout (near Stutong Community Market) heading towards Jalan Setia Raja that heads to Pending, from 9pm to 4am starting tomorrow (Feb 15) until March 3.

In an advisory notice yesterday (Feb 13), Public Works Department (JKR) Samarahan Division said the half-road closure is to facilitate the repair and upgrading on the stretch as part of the Kuching-Samarahan Expressway traffic light intersections project.

Motorists are thus advised to be extra careful when approaching and travelling along the stretch and to comply with all traffic flow management instructions until the work is completed.

JKR Samarahan apologised for any inconvenience caused, and will notify the public should there be any changes in the date, time or area involved with the upgrading and maintenance work.

For information on the traffic flow or to file complaints, the public may contact JKR Samarahan Division Office at 082-671076 during office hours. — DayakDaily
