KUCHING, May 27: A gym owner in Jalan Wan Alwi was fined RM10,000 for violating the Conditional Movement Control Order’s (CMCO) standard operating procedures (SOPs), on Wednesday.
According to a statement from the Royal Malaysian Police (PDRM) today, the compound was issued after police personnel went to the premise for inspection during their CMCO enforcement patrol and monitoring, and found that the gym was in operation with a total of 12 individuals found at the center.
Following that, the premise owner including all 12 individuals were brought to Tabuan Jaya police station for their statements to be taken.
The 12 individuals were also issued compounds of RM2,000 each. — DayakDaily
