GPS-PRS’ Doris among early voters at Undop, Sri Aman

SRI AMAN, Nov 19: Gabungan Parti Sarawak-Parti Rakyat Sarawak (GPS-PRS) candidate for P202 Sri Aman Dato Sri Doris Sophia Brodie casted her vote at SK Batu Lintang, Undop in Sri Aman this morning.

She arrived at the polling station at 7.30am and joined the queue with other voters before casting her vote at about 8.50am.


Undop, where she is from, is one of the seven polling stations in State constituency of N32 Simanggang with a total of 2,144 voters.

When met by DayakDaily, she expressed her happiness to see the good turn out at the polling station.

“The weather is good this morning and we hope more voters will come.

“I understand the weather will be overcast a bit this afternoon and eligible voters better vote early to exercise their democratic right before it rains,” she said.

P202 Sri Aman has 16 polling stations with a total of 50,164 voters.

Doris is up against incumbent and independent candidate, Datuk Masir Kujat, Parti Sarawak Bersatu’s Wilson Entebang. and Pakatan Harapan’s Naga Libau@ Tay Wei Wei. — DayakDaily
