KUCHING, March 15: A car carrying four people swerved into a drain along the Kapit-Song road this afternoon.
The incident happened around 2pm when the occupants of the car were returning to a nearby village.
According to the Fire and Rescue Department (Bomba) report, it is believed the driver lost control of the car, resulting in the car careening into the drain, trapping the driver and passengers inside the car.
Soon after, the firefighters arrived at the scene and succeeded in extracting all the victims.
The injured victims were rushed to a hospital for further treatment. — DayakDaily
