KUCHING, Dec 19: Sarawak United Peoples’ Party (SUPP) Youth secretary-general Milton Foo expressed his gratitude towards the unreserved support given by 4,648 voters in the State election.
He thanked his supporters for not leaving him alone in the hard journey which he would never forget.
Foo also congratulated his long-time rival Violet Yong, the assemblywoman of Pending and wished her the best in serving the constituency in the next five years.
“Lastly, I would like to apologise to all voters of N10 Pending and respect the wishes of the people.
“I also extend my apology to Party Central and Branch leaders and comrades for my inability to get back the long-lost seat,” he said in a statement today. — DayakDaily
