MIRI, Oct 18: An unoccupied house in Kampung Pujut, Jalan Tanjung Batu here was ravaged in an early morning fire today.
The Fire and Rescue Department (Bomba) Sarawak responded to an emergency call at 2.06am and swiftly deployed a team from the Lopeng Station to the scene.
Upon arrival, firefighters acted quickly to contain and ultimately extinguish the blaze.
Once they ensured that the site was secure with no potential sources of ignition, the operation was successfully concluded by 3.15am. — DayakDaily
